Editorial

The heart of our publishing process, the Editorial department is where stories and ideas are discovered and nurtured. Our editors work closely with authors, shaping manuscripts, ensuring quality, accuracy, and readability. This team is responsible for acquisition, developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading, ensuring that every book meets Luminar's high standards and connects with its intended audience. Production

This is where the manuscript transforms into a physical or digital book. The Production team manages the entire process from final edited text to finished product, overseeing design, typesetting, cover creation, printing coordination, and e-book formatting. They work with designers, printers, and digital partners, balancing aesthetic vision with technical requirements and budget constraints to create beautiful and functional books for all formats.

Marketing & Sales

Connecting books with readers is the mission of the Marketing & Sales team. They develop strategic campaigns, manage publicity, engage with media and influencers, handle social media, and oversee advertising. Rights & Licensing

The Rights & Licensing team handles foreign rights, negotiating translations and international editions, as well as managing subsidiary rights like film, television, and audio adaptations.
